Bank of America Winter Village at Bryant Park turns one Midtown block into a bright winter stop. You get a large ice rink, small holiday shops, food, warm drinks, and city views in one easy place.
The 2026–27 season starts on October 28, 2026. The rink and The Lodge run through February 28, 2027. The Holiday Shops run through January 3, 2027. That makes December the best time to see the full setup at once.
Where Winter Village Sits
Bryant Park sits between 40th and 42nd Streets, from Fifth to Sixth Avenue. It is just behind the New York Public Library. The park is easy to reach by subway, bus, or on foot from many Midtown hotels.

The market is run with Urbanspace and brings in makers and food sellers from New York and beyond. You can find art, gifts, clothes, snacks, and small goods. It is free to walk through, so you do not need a ticket just to browse.
The Lodge and Rinkside Food
The Lodge sits beside the rink. It is an open-air food hall with covered seating, bars, and rink views. It runs from October 28, 2026, through February 28, 2027.
The Lodge is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on normal days. It stays open later on many peak holiday dates. Food choices change, but the space is built for simple meals, hot drinks, and a break from the cold.
How to Visit on a Budget
You can enjoy Winter Village without spending much. Walking through the park and shops is free. Skating admission is also free if you bring your own skates. Most of the cost comes from rentals, food, drinks, and extras.
Weekday mornings are often easier if you want fewer people. Evenings feel brighter and more festive, but they can be busy. Weekends in December are usually the most crowded.
