Five years after those crimes Gerald Brown committed when he was 16 — he did it again — and was convicted of child molestation for abusing a third victim.
Brown’s rap sheet includes burglary, theft, stealing cars, drugs, harassment — even setting fire to his school.
He’s been wanted in King County for failing to register since June.
