Here’s How:

1. Find messaging on your cell phone
2. Enter the number 274637 (CRIMES) in the TO line
3. Type TIP486 and what you want to say in the message box
4. Hit OK or SEND
   
5. You will recieve a message giving you a pin number and instructions. Remember your pin number
